Dear Spanish and Portuguese Community,
Our SPAN 1300 students will host a conversation with Marcela Guerrero, Curator at the Whitney Museum of American Art and co-curator of the 82nd Whitney Biennial. At the Whitney, she also curated “no existe un mundo poshuracán: Puerto Rican Art in the Wake of Hurricane Maria” (2022-23), which our SPAN 1300 students explore and discuss in class.
The event will take place in person this Thursday, April 9th, at 2:30 PM in HQ 136. Please note that the conversation will be held in Spanish.
