On Monday, February 17 at 12:00pm in HQ 134, the department will be holding its annual induction ceremony for new members of Alpha Beta Beta, the Yale Chapter of the national Hispanic honor society, Sigma Delta Pi. After the ceremony, please join us for reception with light bites and beverages.
For those not familiar with Sigma Delta Pi, unlike Yale’s secret societies, Sigma Delta Pi is a national organization, with hundreds of chapters in large and small universities and colleges, both private and public, in which membership is based solely on academic merit and accomplishment, as well as a demonstrated appreciation and love of all things Hispanic.
